I've had the privilege of working with Leigh on multiple occassions. She helped me sell my townhome in Perry Hall and with both buying and selling in Bel Air. Leigh is hands down the best realtor in Harford County. She is incredibly responsive, always answering her phone or returning calls promptly. Leigh Kaminsky helped us to find our perfect house in Columbia, MD. It was not an easy search as we were only able to look on evenings and weekends and we looked at a lot of houses before we found ours. We were selling at the same time and were concerned about the timing of everything so that we would not have to move twice. With Leigh's help, we were able to move in immediately when our house sold. We could not be happier with our new home and are forever grateful to Leigh for taking so much time looking with us and making the entire process easy and stress-free! Leigh Kaminsky is the perfect realtor in my eyes. As a first time homebuyer, Leigh exceeded my expectations of what I was even looking for in a realtor. She was responsive by either, text, call, or email. She paid attention to what requirements my boyfriend Doug & I requested for what we wanted in a house. She was flexible and accommodating with showing Doug and I houses! She spoke up when she felt a house wasn’t the right fit in an appropriate manner. She even took the time to thoroughly go through a contract, since I didn’t know anything about them. She was extremely thoughtful by mailing hand written letters which meant the world to me. Most importantly, I asked for Leigh’s advice in regards to neighborhood comps & putting in an offer on a house, I’m glad I listened to her because if not I wouldn’t have bought my dream house. The best part is, this house is not just a starter house, I can have a family here and that is more than I ever could have asked for. I would not hesitate to use Leigh again and refer her to others.

Leigh was absolutely amazing throughout this whole process! We met at the end of December and I immediately let her know that me and my family were hoping to get into a home within a couple of months since I am due with a baby on March 20th. Leigh never once made us feel like she was only helping us because it was her job. She was always honest, helpful, and became a friend to us. Even in today’s crazy market, she made it possible for us to look at as many houses as we could till we found the perfect one for our family. She always made time for us, very quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns, and just all around kind and genuine. We absolutely adored working with Leigh! We will always recommend her to any of our family and friends and if we ever need anything in the future, Leigh will be the one we go to! Alyssa, Josh, Bella, and Evelyn (even though she is still not here) ?? My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers as of 6/26/20 thanks to Leigh! Leigh was fabulous to work with. She worked hard to understand our specific needs and what we didn't and didn't like about properties to help strategize in a competitive market. As a family with two small children, Leigh helped us make sure our children were a part of the process. Leigh was always available by email or text and worked to make sure showings aligned with our school, work, and travel constraints. During the process, we discussed market considerations with Leigh to understand what conditions would make an attractive offer for sellers with terms we were comfortable with. Overall, Leigh was wonderful and we would highly recommend her!

There aren’t enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Leigh. To be honest I wish I had more homes to close on to be able to continue working with her. I never imagined that a real estate agent could create an atmosphere where you feel like you are part of a dynamic duo with a mission in mind to make your dreams come true. Leigh has an uncanny ability to make you feel like you are her only client and her only focus regardless of how many clients she is working with. She was available whenever I needed her and I am amazed by how professional, caring, and simply wonderful to interact with. Even though I was faced with significant third party issues that threatened the purchase of the new home, Leigh was there, working tirelessly to make sure it all worked out. Leigh is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is a lovely human being !! She is so incredibly caring and sweet. She helped me sell and buy in one of the strangest markets I’ve ever sold/bought and was so encouraging throughout. Always answered any questions I had and was so flexible with her schedule. Leigh was awesome! We were relocating from NY and really didn't know the area. We told her what we wanted and she found the options available, which were few. She put our needs ahead of her own, never letting anything get in the way of our timeline....though we never asked her to do that, we appreciated it all the same. My favorite thing about working with Leigh, is that she will never try to sell you a house. I never felt like I was getting just the good side of homes or a sales pitch on how great this home would be and how happy we would be here. She let us find the pros and cons of each property for ourselves with no agenda to try to get us to make an offer. She was patient, and a pleasure to work with. When we found a "coming soon" house, she made sure we were the first ones to see it and that allowed us to make a same day offer and ultimately get an accepted offer and closing date.
