About The Pointe Neighborhood 
The Pointe community is located off of Tollgate Rd in the 21009 zip code. Because it is surrounded by mature trees, the neighborhood overall feels tucked away and private. The condominium buildings are red brick and three levels tall, and there is an abundance of green space throughout the community. Together, the brick architecture, mature landscaping, and open green areas give the neighborhood a very appealing overall aesthetic.
The units here are typically two bedroom and two bathroom units with approximately 1000 square feet. There are a few three bedroom units available as well. The units have small living room, kitchen, eating area, and patio or deck. The neighborhood was built in the late 90’s so you will see a range of conditions. Some units have been completely remodeled and other units will need to be refreshed.
