Colonial Acres is off of S Main Street in Bel Air South, within the 21014 ZIP code.  This neighborhood is strongly residential in character. You’ll find a mix of brick ranches, colonial-style homes, and modestly sized houses with varying architectural designs. Most homes are single level and have 3-4 bedrooms.  Many lots include yards that our flat with mature trees, and several homes offer private outdoor space. Because of the age of the neighborhood, you will find homes completely remodeled and other homes that will need to be refreshed.

Colonial Acres traces its roots back to post–World War II expansion in the Bel Air area. As Bel Air grew southward, subdivisions like Colonial Acres emerged to meet demand. Over time, some homes were renovated, expanded, or even replaced, but the neighborhood retains its midcentury charm in many corners.

Over the decades, Colonial Acres has benefitted from Bel Air’s growth, close enough to the town’s shops, dining, medical services, and main thoroughfares to be convenient, yet sufficiently tucked away to feel residential and calm.
