Deciding to Buy

What Buyer Representation Means for My Clients

Yes, I can find you a home, but that’s really not what you pay me for. The important work really happens after “find,” when it’s time to evaluate, strategize, and negotiate.

Whether you’re a first-time or seasoned home buyer, the home purchasing process is not easy. Together, we’ll uncover market opportunities guided by your desires and my deep understanding of the local housing inventory and market dynamics.

Here’s how I commit to guiding you every step of the way:

  • First, I will not hand you off to another agent. You will always work directly with me. I will be in regular communication with you throughout the entire home-buying process, listening to you and making certain I understand what is important to you. It’s essential to find a home that matches your vision.

  • I understand this is a huge financial commitment, and I will never rush your decision-making process. Everyone’s home buying pace is different. Whether it’s one visit or a hundred, I’ll help you find your ideal home. I will help you evaluate homes you’re drawn to, carefully interpreting sellers’ disclosures to uncover issues and explain them to you.

  • When the time is right to make an offer on a home, I will create an offer strategy that is competitive but protects you from overpaying. I will negotiate with seller agents and their clients to protect your money and secure the best terms possible.

  • Once we enter into a contract with a seller, I will proactively lead your transaction from offer acceptance, through the lifting of contingencies, to close, as your advocate. I will always look out for your best interest.

Finally, once you have the keys, know that I’ll still be here, ready to assist and check in on your settling process. In essence, my role goes far beyond finding you a home, it’s about standing by your side through every step, offering expert advice and continuous assistance well after you’ve moved in.
