What Is Canvasback Cove? 
Canvasback Cove is a waterfront condominium complex located in Havre De Grace in zip code 21078. This complex was built in the 1980s, with designs that take advantage of views, water access, and community features.
These units typically consist of 2–3 bedroom units, with floor plans including lofts, lots of windows, balconies with water views, vaulted ceilings and open floor plans. Square footages commonly fall in the 900–1,100 sq ft range for standard units, with some larger lofted or expanded variations.
Many of the units also come with a garage and/or boat slips. The community also has pool and courtyard. This complex does not have elevators so if stairs are an issue for you, you will want to stick with a first floor unit. Because of the age of this community, I have found that the units come in a range of conditions. So are completely updated and others will need to be refreshed.

Is Canvasback Cove a Good Fit for You?
If your priorities include water orientation, managed lifestyle, access to city amenities, and a community built around views and recreation, Canvasback Cove is probably a good match. It’s particularly suited for buyers who enjoy condo living with shared maintenance, desire water access without owning a full waterfront estate, and appreciate proximity to dining, museums, trails, and riverfront walks.
However, buyers who want large private yards, deep customization of landscaping, or zero association oversight might prefer detached homes elsewhere.
