Homelands is one of those Bel Air communities that tends to fly under the radar, even though it offers a great location, larger lots, and affordable homes. Homelands is located in Bel Air, Maryland, in the 21014 zip code. The neighborhood sits along E Macphail Road near South Main Street and is just a short walk to downtown Bel Air. This location is one of the biggest draws for buyers who want to be close to shops, restaurants, and local events.
From Homelands, it is easy to access Route 1, Route 24, and other major roads that connect you to the rest of Harford County. Many residents enjoy being able to walk into downtown Bel Air for dinner, coffee, or community events rather than getting in the car every time they want to go out.
About the Neighborhood and Homes

Residents of Homelands are served by Harford County Public Schools. Current school assignments typically include Homestead or Wakefield Elementary School, Bel Air Middle School, and Bel Air High School. I always recommend that buyers independently verify school assignments before purchasing a home, as school boundaries and zoning can change within Harford County.
