January is consistently the hardest month to sell a house in Harford County, Maryland.
The main reason comes down to one key metric: days on market.
The Data: Homes Take the Longest to Sell in January
When we look at Harford County housing data from the past year, January stands out as the month when homes take the longest to go under contract.
On average:
