Box Hill South was developed primarily in the late 1980s and early 1990s as part of the larger Box Hill master-planned community. The homes here tend to be 3-4 bedrooms. Due to the age of the neighborhood, some of the homes will require refreshing.

Boulevard at Box Hill – Depending on what part of the neighborhood you live in, you are walking distance from this popular plaza. It’s also home to my favorite grocery store – Wegmans.
Constant Friendship Shopping Center – Sitting across from the Wegmans is a smaller plaza with restaurants, fitness center, and stores
Ma and Pa Trail – Paved walking trail that runs from downtown Bel Air to Annie’s Playground in Fallston
Festival at Bel Air – Another popular shopping center with lots of restaurants and shops.
Harford Glen Park – One of Harford County’s favorite parks.
Schools & Education
Box Hill South is served by Harford County Public Schools. In Harford County, school boundaries often change. So I recommend to all of my buyers that they check schools assignments with the Harford County Public Schools map before making any home purchasing decisions.
