Scenic Manor is a single family home community built by Ryan Homes starting around 2018. Scenic Manor is located in zip code 21078, just off Chapel Road near the Scenic Vista and  Bulle Rock communities. This location offers a quiet residential setting while still being close to everything Havre de Grace has to offer. You are just minutes from Route 40 and a short drive to I-95, making commuting to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Bel Air, or even into Delaware very manageable. One of the biggest advantages of this location is the balance between peaceful surroundings and accessibility.

Bulle Rock Golf Course is just minutes away and is widely known as one of the top public golf courses in Maryland. It offers a challenging course along with a beautiful setting.

Downtown Havre de Grace is a charming waterfront area filled with local restaurants, shops, and small businesses. It has a walkable, small town feel that many buyers fall in love with right away.

Concord Point Lighthouse is a historic landmark located along the water. It is one of the oldest lighthouses in continuous operation in the area and adds to the town’s character.
