Located in zip code 21009 in Harford County, Tiffany Woods sits on Tiffany Trail off of Hookers Mill Road. The neighborhood can also be accessed from Clarkson Drive, which is the only other road into the community. Tiffany Woods sits near the Village of Bynum Run community and the Timberwood community, placing it in a residential part of Abingdon that still feels close to daily conveniences. From here, residents have fairly easy access to Route 24, Route 136, and Interstate 95 for commuting around Harford County and toward Baltimore.

The Boulevard at Box Hill is a nearby shopping and dining area with Wegmans, restaurants, services, and retail options. It is convenient for everyday errands, casual meals, and access to local businesses without having to drive far from the neighborhood.
Festival at Bel Air is another major shopping center in the area. It includes a mix of grocery, retail, restaurants, and everyday services, with larger anchors and smaller businesses that serve residents throughout Bel Air, Abingdon, and surrounding Harford County communities.
