Campus Hills Estates is a hidden gem in Bel Air, MD that offers larger single family homes in a more private and scenic setting. I live just about a mile away, so I am very familiar with this neighborhood and the surrounding area. In my opinion, one of the things that makes Campus Hills Estates stand out is the combination of spacious lots, mature surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to many of the conveniences of Bel Air. Campus Hills Estates is located in zip code 21015 in Harford County, Maryland. The neighborhood sits off Medical Hall Road behind Harford Community College in a more tucked away section of Bel Air.
One of the biggest draws of this location is the balance between privacy and accessibility. The neighborhood feels more rural and secluded than many nearby communities, yet you are still only minutes from shopping, restaurants, schools, and major roads. Buyers who want more land and a quieter setting without moving far outside Bel Air are often attracted to this area.
