Macphail Square Townhomes
Macphail Square is a small townhome community that was developed during the 2010s. The townhomes are generally larger than what many buyers expect from a traditional townhome. Most homes offer three bedrooms and between two and three bathrooms. Attached garages provide convenient parking and additional storage space.
One unique aspect of the neighborhood is its proximity to Homestead Wakefield Elementary School. The community back directly to school property, which can be appealing for families with elementary-aged children. At the same time, buyers should be aware that school traffic and activity may be noticeable during certain times of the day.
Because Macphail Square is a smaller community, it does not offer the extensive amenities found in some larger planned developments. Instead, its appeal comes from its location, newer construction, garage townhomes, and easy access to Bel Air’s shops, restaurants, and services.
