Bel Air Location

Roberts Crossing Homes for Sale

Roberts Crossing is located in zip code 21015 in Harford County. The neighborhood sits off Route 543 on Shady Tree Court, across from the Foxborough Farms community. It is located about half a mile from Fountain Green Elementary School.

The location is convenient for buyers who want to stay close to Bel Air, local schools, grocery stores, and restaurants. Downtown Bel Air is only a short drive away.

One thing buyers should be aware of is that the neighborhood sits directly off Route 543, which is a fairly busy road. Homes near the front of the community will most likely experience noticeable traffic noise. Homes toward the back of the neighborhood are generally quieter and have larger lots.

Roberts Crossing Homes and Neighborhood

Roberts Crossing is a small single family home community consisting of approximately 20 homes built by Richmond American Homes.

Homes in the neighborhood generally range from around 3,400 to 4,400 square feet with four to five bedrooms. Most homes feature modern layouts with open kitchens, larger family rooms, attached garages, and newer finishes that buyers typically expect in newer construction homes.

Lot sizes vary throughout the neighborhood. Many of the lots are relatively small for single family homes and are under one quarter acre. Homes located toward the rear of the community sit on larger lots, with some close to one acre.

Much of the community backs to open fields, which helps some homes feel less crowded than other nearby developments. At the same time, this is not a neighborhood with mature trees, established landscaping, walking trails, or community amenities.

Overall, Roberts Crossing may appeal most to buyers who want a newer home in Bel Air without needing a very large property or extensive neighborhood amenities.
