A Convenient Bel Air Location 
Located in zip code 21014 in Harford County, the Townes at Bynum Run sits on Dawes Court, just off Moores Mill Road. The community is close to the intersection of Moores Mill Road and Churchville Road (Route 22). This provides residents with convenient access to downtown Bel Air, Route 1, Route 24, and Interstate 95.
The neighborhood sits right next to Southampton Middle School and near the Amyclae Estates community.
About the Townes at Bynum Run
The Townes at Bynum Run is a very small HOA-managed townhome community built by Ryan Homes between approximately 2017 and 2019.
The townhomes are three levels and generally offer three bedrooms, approximately 2,250 square feet of finished living space, and an attached one-car garage. Individual floor plans, square footage, bathrooms, and interior finishes will vary by property. The garage and entry area are located on the lower level, with stairs leading to the main living level. Buyers who prefer single-level living or want to avoid stairs should consider whether this layout will meet their needs.
Many of the homes feature open main-level layouts that combine the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Depending on the property, buyers may find features such as kitchen islands, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bedroom-level laundry, finished lower-level rooms, and outdoor decks.
A Small Community Without Through Traffic
The entire community is located on Dawes Court, so there is no through traffic within the neighborhood. With that said, it does sit off of Moores Mill Road, which can be busy at times.
The community is bordered by mature trees and the athletic fields at Southampton Middle School. As a result, the townhomes generally back toward either a wooded area or the school grounds.
The Townes at Bynum Run has a Walk Score of approximately 50, which is relatively high compared with many Harford County neighborhoods. Residents can walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, services, and the adjoining school, although a vehicle will still be helpful for most daily activities.
Shopping, Dining, Parks, and Recreation
Pappas Restaurant & Sports Bar is located in Greenbrier Shopping Center and is walkable from the community. It is known for Maryland-style seafood, crab cakes, casual meals, and a sports-bar atmosphere.
Lib’s Grill is a nearby neighborhood restaurant offering seafood, steaks, a raw bar, craft beer, wine, and seasonal menu selections.
Greenbrier Shopping Center is also within walking distance for many residents. The shopping center includes a Safeway grocery store, CVS, restaurants, personal services, and several everyday shopping options.
Bynum Run Park is a short drive from the neighborhood and offers a pond, natural surroundings, and space for a relaxing walk.
Rockfield Park is a large community park along Churchville Road with walking trails, gardens, athletic fields, a playground, and wooded recreation areas.
Downtown Bel Air provides locally owned restaurants, shops, professional services, community events, and seasonal activities. It is also recognized as a Maryland Main Street community and an Arts and Entertainment District.
