Convenient Bel Air Location

Valley View is located in the 21015 zip code in Harford County, Maryland. The neighborhood sits off Plumtree Road, not far from Route 24, which makes it convenient for getting around Bel Air and reaching other parts of Harford County.

Route 24 provides easy access north toward downtown Bel Air and south toward I-95 and the Abingdon area. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, medical offices, and everyday services are also close by.

Valley View is a single-family home community with no HOA. Homes here are generally modest in size compared with many of the newer developments around Bel Air, with three-bedroom homes being the most common.

There is a good amount of variety in the housing. You will find many brick ranchers, along with split-level homes and a smaller number of traditional colonials. Homes were built over several decades, primarily from the 1960s through the 1990s, so architectural styles and interior layouts can vary from one property to another.
