Convenient Location 
Vale Hills is located in ZIP code 21014 in Harford County, Maryland. The neighborhood sits just off North Tollgate Road and is conveniently located near Winters Run Golf Club. It is close to the neighboring communities of Parliament Ridge and Valewood Estates.
Vale Hills Homes and Neighborhood
Vale Hills is a single family home community. Homes were built primarily during the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. Unlike many newer developments, the neighborhood offers a wide variety of architectural styles. Buyers will find traditional colonials, ranchers, split foyers, and other designs throughout the community.
A notable feature of Vale Hills is the absence of an HOA, which many home buyers find desirable. Without HOA regulations, homeowners often have little more freedom regarding property improvements, landscaping, and exterior changes.

Tollgate Park
Tollgate Park is also close by. The park offers athletic fields, open space, playgrounds, and recreational opportunities for residents of all ages.
Annie’s Playground
Located at the end of the Ma and Pa trail, Annie’s Playground is one of Harford County’s most popular family destinations.
Downtown Bel Air
Downtown Bel Air is also accessible from the Ma & Pa Trail. Residents can enjoy local restaurants, shops, community events, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals without having to drive.
Winters Run Golf Club
Located just minutes from Vale Hills, Winters Run Golf Club is a public golf course known for its mature landscape, challenging layout, and convenient location for local golfers.
Harford County Schools
Students living in Vale Hills are generally assigned to the following Harford County Public Schools:

- Fallston High School
School attendance boundaries can change over time. Buyers should always verify school assignments directly with Harford County Public Schools before purchasing a home.
