Arborview is located in ZIP code 21017 in Harford County. The neighborhood has two main entrances. One entrance is from Banesberry Drive off Philadelphia Road, near Riverside Pub & Grille. The other is from Church Creek Road off Route 543.

One of Arborview’s biggest location advantages is its proximity to I-95. The interchange is only a short drive from the neighborhood, making the community convenient for commuting toward Baltimore, Aberdeen Proving Ground, or other employment centers along the I-95 corridor. Route 40, Route 7, and Route 543 are also nearby, providing several options for getting around the Belcamp and Aberdeen areas.

Arborview Townhomes and Condos

Arborview is a townhome and condominium community developed primarily in the early to mid-1990s. The condos are generally modest in size and most commonly offer two bedrooms, although you will find some three-bedroom properties. The townhomes are typically two to three bedrooms, with end units providing a little more interior space or additional windows.

The neighborhood has sidewalks throughout much of the community, and many properties back to wooded areas, giving some homes a more private outlook. Depending on the property, you will also find features such as decks and finished lower levels.

The Brass Tap is also on James Way. It is a casual bar and restaurant offering a large craft beer selection along with burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and shareable plates.

ShopRite of Riverside is located on Riverside Parkway and provides a convenient full-service grocery option close to the neighborhood. The surrounding Riverside Shopping Center also includes several additional everyday services and businesses.
