Location with Water Views

Eagles Landing at Waters Edge Homes for Sale

Eagles Landing at Water’s Edge is located in Belcamp, Maryland, in zip code 21017. The neighborhood sits off Route 40 and is close to the Bush River, making it an appealing choice for buyers who enjoy being near the water while still having easy access to everyday conveniences. The community is positioned between the larger Water’s Edge community and Eagles Point at Water’s Edge.

Besides being near the water, the other advantage of this location is how accessible it is to major commuter routes. Route 40 connects residents to nearby Aberdeen, Edgewood, and Bel Air, while I 95 is only a short drive away for those commuting toward Baltimore or the surrounding region. Residents also appreciate being close to shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, and other daily essentials.

The surrounding area blends residential neighborhoods with open green spaces and views of the Bush River. Many buyers are surprised at how peaceful the setting feels despite being so close to major roads and employment centers.

About the Neighborhood and Homes

Eagles Landing at Waters Edge Homes for Sale

Eagles Landing is a townhome community located right next to the Bush River. Because of its proximity to the water, some homes enjoy views of the river or nearby wetlands. The people that live in this neighborhood often talk about spotting wildlife along the shoreline, including the bald eagles (hence the community’s name) that are frequently seen in this part of Harford County.

The community is also surrounded by trees, which helps give the neighborhood a quiet and established feel. Walking through the area, you will notice a mix of wooded views and open spaces that create a relaxing environment.

Most of the homes in Eagles Landing were built between 2003 and 2006. The typical townhome is around 1,850 square feet and many feature three bedrooms. Floor plans commonly include open living areas, finished lower levels, and outdoor spaces such as decks or patios. Many homes also include one or two car garages, which is something buyers often appreciate in townhome communities.  But, as with most townhomes with garages, there are stairs to get to the main level, which can be a deterrent for some home buyers.

Because these homes are now around twenty years old, some properties may have already been updated while others may need to be refreshed.

Another feature that residents enjoy is the network of walking paths within the broader Water’s Edge area. These paths allow homeowners to take walks through the neighborhood and enjoy the nearby natural surroundings.
