Rosefields is located in the 21050 zip code in Harford County, Maryland. The community sits off of Osborn Parkway, on Brandy Drive and Tiffany Terrace, next to Forest Lakes Elementary School. From here, residents have convenient access to Route 1, Route 23, and Route 24, making it relatively easy to travel throughout Forest Hill, Bel Air, Fallston, and other parts of Harford County.
One of the advantages of this location is the number of everyday conveniences close to home. Shopping and dining options are concentrated along nearby Rock Spring Road, while downtown Bel Air is only a short drive away.

Rosefields is an HOA community of townhomes and villas that were primarily built in the late 1990s. The neighborhood provides an option for buyers who want more living space than many traditional townhomes offer without the maintenance associated with a larger single-family property.
Homes in Rosefields average around 2,300 square feet of living space, with many offering three to four bedrooms and approximately three bathrooms. Floor plans vary, particularly depending on whether the property is a townhome or villa and whether the lower level has been finished.
The villas tend to be somewhat larger and include a garage. The neighborhood has sidewalks and mature trees that give it a more established appearance than newer developments. Rosefields has a Walk Score of approximately 27, so most daily errands will still generally require a car, although some shopping is close enough to be reached on foot from portions of the neighborhood.
Homes farther back on Brandy Drive include properties that back to wooded areas, providing additional privacy and a more natural view from the rear of the home.

Mr. Souvlaki is a family-owned Forest Hill restaurant specializing in Greek cuisine, including gyros, souvlaki, salads, and traditional Greek dishes. One of my personal favorites.
Echo Frezco is a nearby Mexican restaurant on Rock Spring Road offering another convenient local dining option.
Chris Dough’s Pizzeria & Bar is a Forest Hill restaurant serving pizza and Italian-inspired dishes just a short distance from the neighborhood.
Harford County Schools
Rosefields is currently associated with Forest Lakes Elementary School, Fallston Middle School, and Fallston High School within the Harford County Public Schools system.
